About Sansylos, Myself and the Genesis
Hi, Welcome to my Sansylos! Why Sans Syllogism - Syllogism is a form of deductive reasoning - reasoning from the general to the specific - A reasoning derived out of logic. So, while I put my thoughts in this space, they are My (SANdeep’S) reasoning’s ( derived out of logic - not always though ) but you can also take them as sans ( without ) reasoning since thoughts are fluid and they need not always require a “reason” or “logic”…food for thought?
I am a digital enthusiast, part of the founding team of India’s largest digital marketing services company - Quasar Media (now a WPP Digital company). Started my career with Rediff.com as part of their media sales team and moved on as a founding team member of Quasar. Prior to Rediff, I completed my Post Graduation in Advertising and Communication Management from Symbiosis Institue of Business Management (SIBM, Pune).
Genesis, of my being where I am today, is my keen interest in technology and communication which has lead to paths I have taken and the choices I have made. An explorer by nature, my work lets me explore both equally, I get equally fascinated by the science of new technologies and the art of unseen communication. Both break barriers, both set you free. One creates bridges while other lets you travel through those bridges. As mentioned in my first post, my first tryst combining the two was a city based youth portal - YankeeDelhi.com. Have lately developed a keen interest in Digital Photography which I believe is another good mash up of technology and communication. Another subject catching my eye and imagination is “Social Media” - a perfect platform combining technology and communication. As I move along with my experiments with these two passions, I shall use this space to keep a log of my thoughts.
